Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we are not responsible for delays, lost, or misdelivered packages caused by USPS or other carriers, we are happy to help whenever we can. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with you to assist in locating your shipment or filing a claim if applicable.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
